When monsters keep interrupting a little girl’s dreams of picnics, fairgrounds and fairies, she starts to wonder if monsters might be more fun to dream about instead ... There’s no such thing as monsters, they’re only in your head. They’re not behind the curtain or underneath your bed … Mum insists that there’s no such thing as monsters, but they keep interrupting the girl’s dreams. They gobble up all the apple pies and ruin all the fairground rides. But does she even like those things? Perhaps the monsters might be more fun instead?
